Processing Time
All of our candles are hand-poured just for you! This way, we can cut down on waste and make sure each one is made exactly how you would like it. Because of this, it takes us about 5-7 days to process your order.
Orders are shipped from the midwest via your chosen carrier once processing is complete.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery online. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. We recommend allowing up to 48 hours for the tracking details to reflect the most current status.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Susie Made It cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any concerns regarding lost items, theft, or delivery rescheduling, please contact the carrier directly. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, or if you need to update the delivery address, we recommend reaching out to the carrier for further support.
What is your return Policy?
We handmake each product just for you, and we hope you love it! If you’d like to return any items, you have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to do so.
All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply email us at contactsusiemadeit@gmail.com, and we’ll provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend keeping your tracking information, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the shipping carriers.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to three business days for processing. After your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and the amount should appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the returned item amount.
